A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office as part of a growing West Coast expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-run, profitable, and collegial firm known for its mentorship culture, sophisticated litigation practice, and long-term retention.
The incoming associate will join a dynamic team handling complex business and commercial litigation, including business torts, real estate disputes, and shareholder litigation. The role offers substantial responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and opportunities to work directly with partners on high-impact matters
2-8 years of litigation experience at a regional, national, or top local firm
Strong academics (top third preferred, but flexibility for demonstrated skill and judgment)
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience drafting complex pleadings, motions, and briefs; handling discovery; and managing case strategy
Background in business, commercial, real estate, or shareholder litigation preferred
Judicial clerkship or courtroom experience a plus
